Saturday 28th April 2018, Moorland walk to Stoodley Pike, 9 miles 1100ft ascent.

From Todmorden Station we head up to Stoodley Pike via Gaddings Dam and the Pennine Way. We then drop down to Mankinholes and Lumbutts and return to Todmorden via the Rochdale Canal.
In poor weather, a lower level route may be substituted.

Meet at Manchester Victoria Station at 10.00 for 10.16 train or Todmorden Station at 10.40.

Difficulty: Moderate

Concessionary pass holders need a return ticket from Rochdale to Todmorden because the train does not stop at Littlebrough. 4 return trains per hour.

Well-behaved dogs on leads only. Not suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs or very young children.
